Seasonal Sites
Be involved in all of the fun weekend events we have and develop life long friendships with other seasonals by becoming a seasonal yourself.
The 2023 seasonal rate starts @ $3,950+ (for a family of two adults and children under 18 living at home) plus Maine state lodging tax of 9%.
One half of the seasonal rate is due to be paid by November 15th – but we will accept a deposit of $1000 to hold your site. The remaining balance is due to be paid by May 1st. Deposit is non-refundable. A late fee of $200 will be assessed if your balance is not paid by May 1st.
Gone are the days of “Sorry for what I said while parking the camper!”
